Each project will have a document called an Information Memorandum built to provide you with all the information from where the property is, what the project involves and what funds are required. As always your own due diligence will need to be undertaken to ensure you are comfortable to move forwards.
Every week investors receive an email detailing last week's completed works, this weeks planned works and photos showing the progress of the project.
At the end of the project once the settlement occurs your original funds plus the interest payable will be paid to you.
